Katrina, I love this! Yupo has been one of my favorite surfaces to paint on for years. I used to paint ACEOs a lot and we'd do swaps on WetCanvas.. everyone was always intrigued by the Yupo pieces! I found a new kind of paper on Etsy called Terraskin, which is very similar but you don't have issues with fingerprints and there is more of a tooth to the paper. Terraskin is made from rocks, and I am really enjoying this surface for my colored pencil work as well as watercolors! You have a nice color palette and I'll be checking again soon! Best, Rose

Rose, thanks for stopping by. I visited your site and am very excited about your projects. I will also be on the lookout for Terraskin. Where do you find it?

Hello Katrina,

You can find the description of Terraskin at www.terraskin.com and here is where you can buy it: http://www.etsy.com/search/handmade?search_submit=&q=terraskin&view_type=gallery&ship_to=US. Great customer service too, from Canada. Thank you for your comment on my blog too! I'm really excited about my new journey and LOVE your watercolors! xo

This is so beautiful. It looks like leaves that have been frozen on the surface of a lake. I love the colors and the effect you've achieved.
